Closing of the Double call for supervisor

Please note that the information provided in this section may vary depending on your company's settings. Below is a description of the standard functionality.

To close a double call as a supervisor, you need to:

•    Open the employee's schedule by clicking on the employee selection icon.


•    Select the required date.

•    Click on the pencil icon.

•    Select the calls conducted as double calls.

•    Press the "Copy" button at the bottom and copy the selected calls to the same date.

•    Switch to your profile by clicking the cross icon next to the employee's name in the schedule.

•    Click "Edit" in the call.

•    Change the call type to a double call.

•    Open the "Survey" section.

•    Select the required survey.

•    Fill in the answers and, if necessary, provide comments. Click "Save."

After entering all the information, change the "Call state" to "Done" (close) and press "Save."
